What we collect

If you send an enquiry or a website audit request, we receive the details you type: typically your name, company, email or WhatsApp number, website URL, and a description of the project. Those messages are sent to us via WhatsApp or email so we can reply.

If you call or WhatsApp us directly, we see the number and whatever you choose to tell us.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. Google may set cookies and collect a truncated IP address, browser type, and similar technical data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to your request, send a quote or audit, and — if we work together — to deliver and support the project. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to stay in touch.

Sharing

We share information with tools that are required to run the site and reply to you (for example WhatsApp, our email provider, and Google Analytics). We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to quote and, if you become a client, to support the work. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a project.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we have no remaining need to keep it. Email info@tiderelay.com.
