What a website actually costs.

Most agencies in Port Harcourt make you book a call to find out. We publish our starting prices so you know before you contact us whether we are in your range. Every project is then quoted as one fixed price, agreed before work begins.

Starting prices.

These are floors, not quotes. Where your project lands depends on scope, and the section below sets out exactly what moves the number.

What moves the number.

Two websites with the same page count can differ by a factor of five. These are the six things that decide where yours sits.

01

Number of pages and templates

Six pages built from three templates costs far less than thirty pages that each need their own layout.

02

Custom functionality

Booking, payments, logins, dashboards and calculators are software, not pages. Each one adds build and testing time.

03

Content readiness

If your copy, photos and brand assets are ready we move faster. If we have to write and shoot, that is extra scope.

04

Integrations

Payment gateways, CRMs, accounting tools, SMS and hardware each need building and testing against a live system.

05

Migration

Moving an existing site means preserving URLs, redirects and rankings. That is careful work, not a copy-paste.

06

Ongoing support

A one-off build is priced differently from a long-term retainer where we own performance and uptime.

Keeping it online.

A website is not a one-off purchase. It needs hosting, an SSL certificate, backups, security patches and someone watching when it goes down at 2am.

We fold all of that into a monthly plan so it is one predictable cost rather than a series of emergencies. You are never locked in: if you leave, we hand over the domain, the code and the database.

Straight answers about money.

How much does a website cost in Port Harcourt?

A credible business website starts around the Business Website floor above. Sites with heavy content, ecommerce or custom functionality cost more because they take longer to build and test. We scope your project and give one fixed price before any work starts.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because the first question every client asks is what it costs, and making people book a call to find out wastes everyone's time. Published floors mean you know before you contact us whether we are in your range.

Is it a fixed price or hourly?

Fixed. We scope the work, agree the deliverables and quote one price. If you later ask for something outside that scope we price it separately and you approve it before we build it. You are never billed for hours you cannot see.

What payment terms do you offer?

Projects are typically split across milestones: a deposit to start, a payment at design sign-off, and the balance at launch. Larger software builds are staged across more milestones so cost tracks progress.

Do I have to pay for hosting and maintenance?

Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are not optional for a site that stays online and secure, but you are not locked to us. Our care plans are listed above. If you prefer to host elsewhere we will hand over everything you need.

Do you work with small budgets?

Sometimes. If your budget is below our floor we will say so directly rather than sell you a version that will not work. In many cases the honest answer is to start with a smaller scope and expand once the site is earning.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Scoping, the quote and the initial conversation are free. We would rather spend an hour understanding your project than send a number that changes later.
